Two instructors were challenged to recover a compromised paddler and tow the distance around the point. The pod management fell apart and safe landings were non-existent. Because the point boats advanced, communication and support resources were severed. Both groups felt that their hands were full and required immediate focus to get all paddlers to a safe landing.
